What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do you accept returns?

For non personalised items - If you are not completely satisfied please contact me. Items must be returned within 14 days. Postage will only be refunded if item is faulty.
Personalised Items cannot be refunded, however if the sizing is wrong please do get in touch as I may be able to resize it for an additional fee.

I have ordered the wrong size ring

See above for personalised rings. For non personalised rings please get in touch using the contact form to discuss and exchange. It can be tricky to get the right size, the best method is to go to a jeweller and have your finger measured. I'm happy to match the size of an exisiting ring if you wish to post one to me. 

How will my items be sent?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded (within the U.K) and Royal Mail Airsure (outside of the U.K). Your item will require a signature on arrival or the postman will take it to your local Post Office Depot for you to collect.

How long will posting/shipping take?

Items are handmade to order, all orders will be dispatched within 4 working days. If an order is urgent, please email and let me know before ordering, I will try to accomodate requests where possible, but as a small business I cannot guarantee next day delivery. UK delivery will normally be 2-3 days from posting. European orders should arrive between 3-10 days, and the rest of the world 5 -15 days.

Who is responsible for customs duties?

If you are in the EU you should not have to pay tax on your order. For some countries items will be subject to a customs/tax levy, this is the responsibility of the recipient.
